When you submit the office IT audit form, we collect your name, company, work email, phone number, role, tower or corridor, and the notes you provide. Call records and helpdesk tickets opened through SFV Cloud systems may include similar business contact details.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, schedule on-site work, and operate managed IT services if you become a client. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share information with SFV Cloud staff and, when required to fulfill a ticket, with building management or carriers you authorize. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

Intake messages are retained as business records. You may request correction or deletion by emailing info@sfvcloud.com.
